Went to my doctor for a follow up after going to the ER for breathing problems for 5 days rather than help it sounded to me that the doctor was annoyed at me because the ER didn't see any problems with me and he always rushes every appointment I have with him. I left without help or answers of what I could possibly do to help with my breathing problems crying. I plan to change to a different doctor.
My first visit I was nervous but the receptionist Angelica was so helpful with the entire process. Answering all my questions, setting up my chart and making sure I have an appointment. Big thumbs up.
This clinic has amazing doctors, Dr. Olivares is the best of them all. However, it’s very unfortunate their receptionist are rude, their tone of voice comes off as if they are demanding things and they become upset if you ask a question. They definitely need some customer service training, as I have had this bad experience 3 times and witness it more times with other patients.
Dr. Olivares is the Best! She Rocks! She is a great listener and truly cares about my wellbeing. Always give best care and support. She follows-up and is always Professional and in good spirits. She’s always on time. Her assistant is kind and Professional. The parking attendant makes sure that the cars park properly and is helpful if parking is not available. The security is friendly. The place is very clean especially the restrooms which is a big plus. The dental clinic on the second floor is also very clean and the dentist is always kind. Lab staff is always on time and clean when drawing blood. Everyone is usually always in a good mood and polite mannered. A big shout out to the receptionists that check you in upon arrival.
I'm going to give them two stars. Nothing more to this center. I don't live in that area, but I had to make an emergency appointment for the same day. They gave me and assigned me a time at two in the afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes early, and unfortunately I was waiting two hours for the doctor to see me, the nurses, and he apologized many times, but that does not justify the waiting time. These types of places should provide and provide better service to patients!!!!!
