I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Margo is a wonderful person, attentive and truly a professional in her field. Appointment scheduling, the service itself, and the follow-up communication are all handled promptly and with great quality.
I have been bringing my son to this pediatric office since he was born in 2022, and our experiences have generally been positive. A little wait time here and there but nothing major. Our doctor is Tyisha Seymour who we adore and could go on and on about how great and understanding she is! My every concern she has delivered on and then some. When we were having issues establishing speech services for a minor delay my doctor was the only person who fully supported me and she helped us find the most wonderful speech therapist who I consider family now. I’m in debt to her for the wonderful services she has done for our family and making our lives flow better. We’ve also had the privilege of seeing doctor Margo about 3 times and she’s been wonderful as well. The staff consistently provides prompt and caring service, which has been appreciated over the years. They seem genuinely dedicated to ensuring the well-being of their young patients and even offer zoom calls if there is no office hours open and we had something non emergency. Recently, the office demonstrated impressive efficiency by scheduling a next-day appointment and completing important paperwork in under 12 hours. This level of responsiveness was very helpful, especially in such an urgent situation. Overall, the office has maintained a dependable standard of care that has been beneficial for my son's healthcare needs. The nurses are an added bonus of patient and sweet. The ladies at the desks are sweet and prompt as well! PS parents the Luna grill next door kids eat free if you’re ever stressed about breakfast or lunch after.
Complete Care Community Health Center in Culver City delivers healthcare in a way that’s clear, and efficient. I’ve never felt overlooked here, which unfortunately can’t be said for a lot of other clinics.
I’m really disappointed with the experience at this pediatric office. Every time we had an appointment, we waited at least two hours, even though we had a scheduled time. I understand that doctors are busy, but appointment times should be respected—many parents have jobs, and children have school. My daughter has autism, and she was crying the entire time, yet no effort was made to accommodate her needs. At our last visit, she initially came in for one concern, but when she started acting up, I suspected she might be sick. The doctor Margo Deliever left the room after just two minutes, and when I asked if she could come back to check for a fever or ear infection, she refused and told us to make another appointment for the next day—even though we were the last patients there. I ended up going to urgent care, where they quickly confirmed she had a fever and an ear infection. I feel like this doctor Margo Deliver might have been great at one point, but now it just seems like a job to her. The other doctors here are good, but the overbooking is a serious issue. It feels like they’re prioritizing volume over quality care, which leads to long, unnecessary waits. I can understand a 15–30 minute delay, but two hours every time is unacceptable. Parents and children deserve better.
My Daughter has been coming here since birth, she is now 11 yrs old. We trusted & felt very comfortable with Dr. Russell & Dr. Angelia very much. They were both absolutely AMAZING, sadly they are gone so now we are getting to know the new Doctors & new nurses/desk clerks here. So far so good. We love seeing our regular familiar face here Ms. Veronica. She is always smiling, informative, & busy being helpful. Thank you for always making us feel welcome & taking our needs & questions seriously.
