A Complaint Process Led to My Termination I cannot recommend the Northeast Community Clinic at 1414 S Grand Ave in Los Angeles. My experience there was incredibly unprofessional and left me without necessary medical care. After raising several complaints about my medical issues, the clinic chose to terminate my services rather than address the problems. It seems their solution to my feedback was to silence me completely by cutting off my access to care. This feels not only unprofessional but also incredibly immature. What's even more concerning is that I was never formally notified of this decision. I only found out my services had been terminated when I called to inquire about a medication refill. I was left without my important medications and completely in the dark about my medical status. The clinic's staff showed a shocking lack of maturity and professionalism in their handling of my concerns. If you're looking for a healthcare provider, I urge you to choose a better, more ethical option than this one.

Went to this place with an emergency and the Dr. didn’t want to see any more “walk ins”. The desk lady was not helpful, had to begged her to please ask the dr to see me based on my situation. She called a “hispanic, Latina” nurse to practically sugar coated her sentences… point is service was horrible. Not caring! Not empathetic! Not professional! Just cared about the “Dr.” leaving as soon as possible as they kept saying “he’s done for the day!”. And not only that but said they weren’t going to have a dr. Available until Monday! Like ? Are you a clinic!? Are you a Dr.? Yes! A lazy Dr. why even be one if you’re not trying to do your job. SMH. NO NEED TO SAY HOW THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE! Ever.

Absolutely terrible. I was referred by my insurance to Dr Roy Silver for blood work. My first visit I waited 90 min to see the doctor because he books three patients at the same time. When the results came back, the lab work stated “insufficient sample, test could not be preformed.” I have been trying to reschedule my appointment for two weeks now. I booked two appointments to have the office cancel one of them without telling me. I called because my cycle came two days early and I still need accurate blood samples. I made several attempts to reschedule my appointment. I spoke to Eunice who was VERY RUDE. She put me on hold to verify with the doctor that I could come in. The phone disconnected and then she called back at the end of the day after I called back several times. When she called back she said that I missed my window to do the blood work and to reschedule for next month. I said this month was suppose to be the month as I am leaving next month during my cycle and that I have been trying since Monday to let the front desk know I started my cycle early if I could come in. She proceeded to talk loudly over my explanation and said that I cannot make an appointment with her for March because it is too far in advance. RUDE, UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL
