I personally have always had a pleasant experience there. Dr. Deal is amazing and always so attentive regarding my concerns. She really is great!!! The girls in the front are nice and always follow up with any referrals.

I stopped going there because the ladies at the front desk are always rude! My goodness! This location needs to be shutdown for real, or the staff should be fired. The nurse practitioner there is very good,and some doctors who come over when the nurse practitioner is not around, are also good

How is this place still open??? The worst health care ever! The doctors don’t know what they’re doing. I felt like I had more knowledge than them! This is based off on my research from Google. I googled my symptoms and had to explain to them what I had. Came back again and the dr sent me to the ER bc he told me he didn’t know what to do and that I had a secondary infection on my finger, I went to Kaiser and the dr said it didn’t look like an infection, instead it looked like I was having a skin reaction. I asked for a dermatologist referral and the dr refused to request one. At the Kaiser ER the dr told me I needed to see a dermatologist. So I called back and they said they would put in the request. A week later I called and they still hadn’t requested my referral! These doctors don’t give 1 damn about your health here. There’s not even an AC in the waiting room. I can only imagine how much people get sick from going here ! Smh. I’m sick and tired of not getting any help from them

If I could I would give zero. This place is unprofessional I’ve had two broken wrist for 4 months now and they fail to send a refferl to a specialist. They’ve send a refferl twice first one to a office that doesn’t accept my insurance the second time they send it with an insurance I don’t even have. When I call they tell me they’ll call me back and I never receive a call back. Save your time and life and switch to another office. The Dr. is old the nurses always suggest to check my prescription paper to make sure he didn’t forget to sign (which actually happen the first time). This place deserves a law suit.
