Front staff and nurse was nice. I came a few minutes late but was still seen. Parking lot is horrible though. Came for my physical and it would be nice to be given the option to do my pap smear another day. Not the best experience on that but this place is alright.
I’ve been going to this clinic since I came to California 9 years ago when I was 16 years old , I have not changed at all. They are the best in everything and I love how they have medical, dental and optometrist all together in one building!! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I also went through my whole pregnancy and postpartum there and I felt so cared for. Dr. Cabrera delivered my baby so amazingly, I had a C section! I live an hour away but I refuse to ever change my clinic !!
It a nice small doctors office and everyone is very nice ,I feel at ease when I am there and they get you in and out as fast as possible. It a pleasant experience .
The parking lot was completely full and when I asked the parking attendant if there was any extra parking somewhere he was incredibly rude. Once I finally parked and got inside, they THEN tell me that they no longer accept my insurance. (They did accept my insurance 2 months ago so i’m not sure what happened.) I did not end up having my appointment because the last time I was there I waited 2 hours in the waiting room so I just left after being told my insurance is not accepted here. The girls at the front desk were sweet, just very busy.
The only problem with this clinic is a couple things. 1. Nobody ever answer the phone they’re your always sent to a recording that tells you if you know your parties extraction press note or stay on the line and someone will assist you. Then it hangs up on you. Or you call again nobody answers it says leave your name dob and phone number with reason why your calling someone will get back to you. NOBODY DOES. 2. You have to wait like 2/3 weeks sometimes even longer to get an appointment to get in to see your doctor then you get there and you have like 10 minutes worth your doctor and they rush you right out of there. Shorter but you only get 15 minutes so set up another appointment please if you have other issues that we didn’t get to do to your 10 minutes with your doctor is up. I think that is very unfair due to waiting 2/3 weeks or longer to get in to see your doctor then it’s10 minutes to try and tell your doctor what is going on. It’s ridiculously sad and very unfair that we have such a very short time to see and talk to our doctor so I speaking for me only don’t ever get to get my problems taken care of and get help because it’s not enough time with Doctor to do anything but get rushed right out the door to be told set up another appt for whatever it is you need to tell Doctor that you didn’t have the time to talk about because your 10 big minutes is up.
