New staff is rude at front desk. They used to have really good staff. Now they barely answer the phones, they are lazy and don't care about patients.
Can tell the staff is genuinely kind and cares! I think most of the negative reviews are due to culture differences that may come across a certain way. But they are attentive, accommodating, and always go out of their way to help me.
No point in mentioning names however, my appointment was on 5/15/2025 @ 2:45pm. Everytime I go to this office I see a different person. Today while talking to the Dr. Or NP. She took a phone call, did not excuse herself and walked out. When she came back she ignored my request for a copy of my labs because the portal said all of my labs were ABNORMAL. She then tried to rush me out of the office and interrupted me while explaining why I need a specific medical device. She was very rude and I will never make another appointment with this office again. Oh and I never received the copy of my lab results.
Every time I call 3C, there's a Korean staff member who always helps me with scheduling. I’ve never caught her name since our calls are quick and to the point, but she’s been consistently helpful. Her voice may sound tough at first, but she’s actually very kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. Whether it’s booking or rescheduling, she handles everything smoothly—even making sure the right doctor is assigned. Unlike other clinics where staff often sound indifferent and scheduling can be a hassle, my experience with 3C has always been pleasant and easy thanks to her. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism here.
I have been going to 3C for 5 years and have consistently been treated with individual care and professionalism. They are efficient and attentive in all areas; appointment setting, front desk operations, examination room and check-out / pharmacy relations. What impresses me most is their one-on-one care…their interpersonal touch. I genuinely feel as though my health matters to them. Dr. Kim and Dr. Lee are simply impressive. I feel fortunate to be in their hands. Also, they have recently expanded their practice as well as their square footage, offering even more health silutions including Psychiatry and Accupuncture! Thank you, 3C!!!
