This is the best place to receive medical care. I am seen for different reasons by: Lim Sokpheap; Pulido Pulmer Jack; Tran Thuy; and Choi Byung Soo. They are so kind and caring. They listen to your needs . Appointments are easy to make and wait time is minimal. The lobby staff, in fact everyone that works there goes above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. Thanks all of you đ for your excellent service. If you don't have insurance they also go by your income for discounted payments. I love all of you đâ¤ď¸.
My wife goes there. She gets the run around for a referral for hearing aids. The front desk told her Medi-Cal stopped it a long time ago. I called Healthnet with the problems there to see if that's true. My wife is qualified for hearing aids. Now my wife has to go back again and let them know. But this time I'm going with her.
The Behavioral Health unit is spectacular. The people are really nice and caring. I love it here. I've been a patient for 6 years.
Horrible. The doctors do not care about you and will dismiss your concerns, and refuse to provide care. They also never answer the phone. Doctor looked at me for 5 seconds and diagnosed me with something, then refused to write any prescriptions. Told me specialists would be needed for everything. This is bizarre to meâmy previous doctor would prescribe meds for simple issues that they could easily diagnose. Leads me to believe this doctor didnât truly diagnose me properly. The doctor claimed to have referred me to 4 different specialists and said it would be expedited due to how quickly I need treatment. My health plan provider told me expedited requests usually only take a few days. No specialist for the issue I actually came in for ever reached out. I am in danger of not being able to walk if I donât get treatment. I also received a call and text from one of their in-house specialists (for another department, not the main concern I came in for). The text stated they had received my referral and to call them back for an appointment. When I called back, they claimed that there was no such referral, and that I couldnât make an appointment. The person who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional, putting me on hold in the middle of me talking, trying to read to her what their text said. She also didnât believe me when I said the text came from their office. This place is extremely disorganized. Iâve never seen an office so poorly run. All my previous offices kept meticulous records of who they contacted, when, and how. Itâs insane that they wouldnât have record of calling and texting me, and that theyâd not keep track of referrals. The place also seemed dirty when I went. Wouldnât be surprised if theyâre keeping all their records on random pieces of notebook paper, rather than a modern record keeping system. They truly donât care about you nor have any professional standards. If you go, go at your own risk. Ask them to notate any refusal to provide treatment on the chart. Record your interactions with them. UPDATE: Seems I was right about poor record keeping! I had an appointment to see my specialist and the day before, CMWC called me to say something had changed, I was no longer covered, and I couldnât see them. They claimed that my insurance must have switched my primary clinic without telling me. I called my insurance provider, and they said nothing and ever changed. All my details were still the same and I was still covered. I called CMWC back and got the run around, had to call them back multiple days in a row. Turns out they had my information on their âold systemâ and it didnât carry over into their new system. So I wasnât able to attend my appointment due to a very careless error and had to wait another month to see this specialist. Absolute mess of an office, and itâs been nonstop unprofessional interactions here since day one.
