This is the most unprofessional Place i have ever had to deal with. My mom had an appt Mon at 930 for test results. That morning we get a call saying it needs to be rescheduled and the earliest is Fri at 1030. Today i call to verify the appt and now im being told that he is not in all week and that they are going to reschedule his appts. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being on a hold for a few minutes, i was hung up on. So a test my mom had 2 weeks ago and results are in, we cant get anyone to provide us the results. This place is trash. If you can avoid having to come here please do

I needed a TB test so I can volunteer at my daughter’s school so I scheduled an appointment at the Delhi office. Took a day off work to have the TB test done. Afterwards they told me I needed to come in for a reading within 48-72 hours. Upon this they told me I could go to the Livingston location on Saturday because they are open and it was within the 72 hours of the test. So I go out of my way on Saturday to get the reading done and when I show up at 8:00am, per direction from the Delhi office, and they tell me they don’t have any doctors all day and that I would not be able to get the reading done. What a complete waste of time. I live about 40 minutes away and wasted 2 trips to not have the TB test preformed and now I need to get the test re-done because now I am outside the window. I would suggest telling the offices to make sure you have doctors on site if you are telling patients that have time sensitive tests done. Not surprised they have a 2 1/2 star rating. I honestly think it should be lower if this is the level of service they offer.

This review is specifically for Ms. Jennifer Rubio. As a client of this provider, I have had some okay visits, but recently, I was welcomed by Ms. Rubio, and let me tell you, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. No matter the day, she greets me with a big smile and is always ready to assist you, regardless of the time of day, which I really want to emphasize. I understand that doctors and receptionists can have bad days, but as far as I’ve been welcomed by her, there has yet to be a time when she’s in a bad mood or doesn’t make me feel welcomed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is so unprofessional. They canceled 2 two appointments the same day. One before I left home and the other when I showed up to my appointment and proceeded to tell me to come back at 2pm with an on-call doctor. I called again for a third time for an appointment and never got an email or call to confirm it. This place needs do be shut down. Do not go here unless you want to waste time and never get treated. Anywhere is better than here.

If I can recommend patients to a clinic it will definitely not be this one. I had the WORST experience coming to this clinic where they definitely don’t care about their patients whatsoever. They lost my Identification Card that I had just renewed, and to top it off I was very much behind on my pregnancy appointments due to them not carrying. Receptions hardly never answer calls no matter how early or late you call, but they’re always yapping once you go in person. Didn’t receive the proper care I was looking forward into this clinic.
