Not punctual I’ve been waiting for months for a referral. They took blood 🩸 for one thing. Then had to comeback and stick me to take more blood. The nurse had a mix up. I’ve had lots of bad experiences @ this place

Went for issue Sept 24,was told in need ultrasound,they would submit referral,and I should receive something in mail for an appointment,in a week or so.i waited a month, still hadn't heard anything,call doctor,they hadn't even submitted paperwork a month later....also unbeknownst to me a few months back,the Dr wanted to see me in a week or so to check blood pressure..nurse made me an appointment,I went to appointment on the day,when I get their nurse tell me it's a tele appointment,I ask how is it a telephone appointment and they hav to check my blood pressure.she looked confused.....they also referred me to ultrasound,but order ultrasound of a different area..I had to go back in waiting until ultrasound place contacted anphon to find out what actually was pose to view .. anphon is completely unorganized,and incompetent....last week nurse submitted prescription for a medicine that the doctor had taken me off of,cause I take another medicine similar .I went to pick up prescription,and pharmacy was like your shouldn't be taking both of these medicine.could have caused harm to me.

Don't seem to stock basic medical equipment. Specifically asked to have a wart removed using liquid nitrogen. Was booked in and charged. Again specified what I needed. Waited 30 mins in a room. Dr comes in and says they don't have liquid nitrogen. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

I am happy that I was able to find this medical facility. The staff were approachable and helpful. The doctor was very kind, and I did not feel rushed as we discussed my medical concerns. I plan on returning for my next physical with Anphon Medical Center.
