I had an appointment with Dr. Pace which I was actually looking forward to. There was no phone call whatsoever. Not only that but medication that I have always been prescribed like an SSRI that I've needed has been withheld at this center for me to be even more depressed. They keep pushing out appointments and making it difficult for me to maintain my Healthcare. I hope this changes and if so, then I will update.
Alliance didn't tell me I needed to bring in paperwork for disability and have it filled out before my visit. Somebody dropped the ball on that one and I have to pay the consequences. Luckily they had paperwork there for disability but it wasn't filled out and now we gotta have another appointment just for them to fill out the paperwork. I really wish somebody would have told me to get the paperwork and have it filled out first it makes sense and it would have made it a lot easier for everybody.
Had my first visit at this facilities dental clinic. Front desk, dental assistant and dentist were all great. Kind, helpful, responsive, great patient care. Looking forward to continuing my dental care with this facility.
I am pleased that others have experienced satisfactory care at This clinic. Unfortunately, I have not been so lucky. I have some serious pain issues for a long time. These problems have brought into play a number of drugs that are closely monitored by the Federal government. This not only makes managing these drugs a matter for the local doctors, but extremely hard on the patient as well...I am also of an advanced age as well and find the whole system inhospitable in the extreme. Did I mention I am in pain as well?
Avoid this organization. The front office and phone service are uninformed and unprofessional. They are easily confused by insurance issues and claim they no longer take HMOs in order to purge patients. If you see a doctor through them using an HMO, this can happen to you at any time. We spent ten months struggling to get appointments, being told that we were covered when making the appointment, but canceled on the day before the appointment. Be wary.
