West County Health Center is amazing in Sebastopol. Dr. Cunningham in particular is a truly special practioner. I would not hesitate to seek primary care at the Sebastopol location. Unfortunately my experience with the mental health services in Guerneville, CA, has prompted me to write an honest review forewarning prospective patients of the harsh scheduling limitations associated with seeking mental health support with this provider. Caseloads dont appear to be managed in a sustainable fashion, providing unrealistic timelines for treatment/appointments with associated providers. Expect waiting multiple months for follow-up appointments. The secretarial side of the practice is also lacking in professional conduct, providing suboptimal patient communication. I suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself the trouble of investing time and energy into establishing patient care with the West County Health Center in Guerneville, CA.

This is for the dental clinic only. Was excited to make an appontment for the dental clinic here in guerneville instead of driving to Forestville for my 2 1/2 year old son. Will never go back again.Appointment was for May 19 at 330. Arrived maybe 4 minutes late getting caught at light between Monte Rio and Gville. One adult in waiting area who said his appointment was 340. At 350 they took him at 410 still hadn't taken us, by this time another adult entered that they also called in. I asked how much longer and they said another 10 min which would have been 50 minutes after appointment time and that even if they would have called me then. NO child under 5 can wait that long. Mine was bouncing off the wall and i had to leave. They mentioned they were short staffed. DONT OVERBOOK! No child under 5 should wait more than 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Will never go back.

Russian River Health dental clinic is a complete make-over. Our ACA and tax dollars at work. Whatever they are doing, West County Health Centers should be used as a model for single payer health care nationwide. Well Done and thank you for all involved.

I became a California resident and I live near Guerneville. I like the idea of being part of my local community and supporting local businesses. And traveling to facilities in Santa Rosa seemed ridiculous since such a nice facility was located practically in my back yard! I am so glad I chose WCHC. The staff have partnered with me for the last year to get my health in tip top shape. I was struggling to understand what was happening to my body and I truly was listened to, problem solved with, and finally diagnosed and treated successfully and feel like I have my life and body back on track to enjoy my next 50 years!
