Really poor turn over rate for their doctors. I don’t know if they aren’t paying their doctors enough or what but every 2-3 months I am informed (late) that my primary care physician is no longer at that office anymore and I need to make an appointment with a new physician in order to get a refill on my medication that I’ve taken for over a year now. Its ridiculous that they don’t even call their patients to let them know when their doctor has left their office to give a heads up for our prescriptions, I always find out a day or two after I’ve ran out of my meds and I call my office to find out what the hold up is about, I then have to wait even longer for an appointment and by then I’m about 4-5 days without my necessary medication which is not good for my well being at all. So unprofessional and extremely unfair to the patients.

It was my first visit to this clinic. I found the staff very polite and professional. The medical technician was extremely efficient, courteous, friendly, and very professional. Dr Ragsdale is an exceptional doctor. He exceeded his reputation. He took time to explain and review my medical condition and concerns. Thank you for seeing me as a patient and providing great medical care.

This place almost killed my mom with their lack of care and concern. Id give it zero starts if I could. The doctor never returned our calls. Trying to get anyone to help us was impossible. My mom was in and out of the ER for a month and her doctor never followed through with tests or results or anything. Do not trust this place with anyone that you care about. If you want to be treated rudely, and dismissed them this is the place to go to.

Most general Dr's are temporarily here or leave quickly so you are always dealing with someone new and get no where most of the time. I had blood work months ago to make sure my meds for my thyroid and auto immune were correct and was told theyd refill it for 12 refills and needed to come back in a year... i got my meds and didnt even notice it said no refills until I ran out... I have been calling for days now multiple times a day and they say they marked it as high priority but every day my prescription has still not been called in, its been enough days im exhausted and cant get things done because I need my meds... they would litteraly let you die its insane will be finding somewhere else to go for general practice because most Dr's here are not good Dr's the nurse practitioners are more on top of things and know more than the Dr's! Also it seems like if they are behind they will pick random people who have been waiting at least 30 minutes and try to tell yiu your appointment was 30 before you thought it was so if your appointment was at 10:30 they will after you waited some time tell you it was at 10 so they cant see you... I showed my text from the say before and she tried to kinda argue but double checked and was like on wait no your right.. this is the 2nd time and while waiting I have heard them turn away people for the same reason and I wonder if its even true... maybe its not them intentionally but they need to fix the discrepancy!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is a joke. My Fiance, Our kids and Myself have not had an appointment here for months despite having multiple appointments scheduled for each of us. We're almost always turned away. They tell us that our appointment was cancelled or that they double booked or that we've missed too many appointments, which is a lie. We're never notified of any change in appointments/Doctors and they swear up and down that they called, emailed and sent letters but it's all lies. This office is an abuse of the healthcare system and nothing more. Everyone there needs to be fired and policy needs to be reworked from the ground up. Embarrassing.
