I’ve been here a few times but I was so impressed with the flow of things that I thought I would share. I was able to be added for an appointment from a cancellation list this morning at 9am. As usual, Taline at the front desk is the best, she’s very professional, detail oriented and attentive. I was checked in and at exactly 9am on the dot I was brought back to the room. Dr. Arlet Sarkissian came in quickly, took her time to go over everything, was very professional and requested I get my blood drawn. Within 2 minutes a woman by the name of Termine took me to get my blood drawn, in all my years of getting blood drawn, this was the first time I didn’t even feel the poke, I even had to look down to double check. I was so impressed. Everything was done quick and efficiently and all within 45 minutes from check in to finish. Wonderful establishment. Hats off to Taline, Dr. Sarkissian and Termine!

I had an appointment just to receive three vaccines. The front desk receptionist asked me to pay immediately without even asking why I was there or confirming what service I needed. When I questioned whether a doctor’s visit fee was required, she couldn’t give a clear answer. A co-receptionist even told her to double-check if the vaccines I requested were available, but she didn’t bother to check. I was charged and sent inside anyway—only to find out the vaccines were NOT available. I then had to come back out and ask for a refund. The receptionist seemed careless, unprofessional, and uninterested in doing her job. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this clinic

I do not recommend Comprehensive Community Health Center. The providers do not appear to be properly qualified, Unfortunately, my experience with Comprehensive Community Health Center has been very disappointing, especially with the dental department. The dental providers were rude and unprofessional. The front office staff are also sometimes rude and not very kind or welcoming. In addition, the waiting time is always extremely long — usually more than an hour past the scheduled appointment time. I also had a very negative experience with Dr. Bycher, the optometrist. She is consistently unpleasant and rude, not just during one visit but every time I have seen her. She rushes through appointments, does not take time to answer questions, and makes the visit feel very quick and dismissive. This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time experience.

Dr Cook is the most amazing pediatrician that I have ever brought my children to, and I have 5 of them and have been to many pediatricians. She is VERY thorough and doesn’t miss anything. She researches additional resources and is willing to make referrals to anything outside of her specialty. If you want a great pediatrician, she is the way to go.
