Zero stars if I could. From the get go I was judged. One for taking the covid vaccine 6 years ago and second for wearing a mask at their facility. The nurse who took my vitals was trying to convince me the covid vaccine was bad and proceeded to tell me a super personal story of her sister getting pregnant and having a miscarriage supposedly because of the covid vaccine. The doctor then asks me to take my mask off in the room with her. Didn't feel comfortable with the staff and doctor

I had an appointment with Anna Chalikyan the other day, and I can’t say enough good things. I felt the need to share my experience so others can benefit, too. She has been covering for my PCP for the past months, and during that time she was thorough, attentive, and proactive. In a short period, she caught and resolved issues that had been lingering. I truly felt heard and cared for. Highly recommend.

My experience at this clinic has been usually pleasant. I give them 4stars mainly bcs of Yeranoohi Stepanyan NP, she is a nice human being who does an exceptional job at her practice. The one star l deprive is based on my experience with the front desk. But overall l am happy

If I could put zero stars I would! I was just in the office this morning and the staff is not friendly at all. As someone who is nervous in doctors offices due to rare family medical conditions and deaths, I was already anxious but they did not do anything to appear friendly or comforting. Scared me telling me that I need genetic testing and did not explain that that’s not covered by insurance. Nurse was incompetent blatantly telling me incorrect facts and when I questioned them her response was “google it” ( and when I did, I was right). I felt so rushed and uncomfortable that I left in tears and will absolutely never go back!!!!
