I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I was assigned to this doctor, because a lot of the negative reviews are things I have experienced. I’ve been to this clinic about 4 times and I’ve had a bad experience all 4 times. The reason why I kept coming back was because I began taking my health more seriously ever since graduating from my childhood pediatrics and it was a long process to switch over to a new Primary Care (PC) with my insurance. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful, but when it comes to the doctor, I felt inferior to him. I would ask questions about my results and health, in which the doctor would reply with, “That’s for you to answer/tell us,” with no follow-up questions to show he cares. Well, I wouldn’t be seeing a doctor if I knew what was going on with my health. As a patient of two years, I have always felt humiliated after leaving the office. I am an educator myself, so when it comes to someone who wants to learn about their own health, kindness definitely goes a long way; especially after finding out that their health is declining! Edit: I do also want to mention that I never felt at ease or clean when sitting in a doctor’s room or waiting room.
I dont know if some people are lying on here or what but I been going here last three years and I love the place. Yes sometimes you have to call back and maybe they stepped away but the Drs are amazing and Chantha upfront is such a beautiful caring person. And how can you complain when most of their services are free or low cost? But honestly that never affected the level of care I received. Love this place.
If I could give them one star. I would. This Doctor's office is completely and utterly negligent negligent. When it comes to referring people out medications sending paperwork off requesting paperwork. Etc. They make it incredibly difficult here to get medication, and they don't do their jobs when it comes to referring people and doing follow-ups for Uber months, I called in Uber 4 Ă— 2 ask them to refer by Bob to a neurologist because she had a stroke, I called 4 times Not once did they call us? To let us know anything just to come and find out that they never did their job. And when they finally did their job, As far as referring her out the referral didnt go through and they never called us and told us. HORRIBLE CLINIC!!
I’ve been having visits there, All around it just gives me a bad vibe the Assistance they’re OK .. they don’t really listen to anything you say there . So when I see the doctor for the third time she had none of my lab works. She had forgotten everything that I told her my symptoms was the first two times I went in. She couldn’t fill out my paperwork after she seen me turn around and told me that she has other patients that I have to wait in the mess of her seeing me she can fill out my paperwork. Everything is just real off and I don’t like it and I wouldn’t even rate them this one star. Communication is bad and they suck and I’m gonna find me a new primary
I recently went to this clinic to be seen for a physical. I was checked in promptly booked by Catherine and checked in by Chantel and I had an MA that did my vitals were all awesome outstanding and the doctor very very good very very good doctor the next day I came back for labs and I had to see the front desk lady on the other side where they do the labs in the morning and her name is Noreen. She speaks Russian or some kind of you know foreign language and she has Gray or platinum gray hair. She was extremely rude immediately when I walked in to hand her my paperwork for my lab she told me “ GO SIT DOWN THERE IS SOMEONE AHEAD OF YOU” without even checking my paperwork or knowing who I was. I went and sat down and watched three other people go ahead of me (including one Russian couple that went and spoke only Russian to Noreen, who she was very pleasant and helpful with.) before I went up to ask her how come she didn’t at least find out my name Before telling you to sit down and how come I saw 3 people go ahead of me at which point Mrs. Noreen became very argumentative and dismissive. She stated “I’m not checking paperwork. I don’t do that.” Luckily, luckily, for her, Chantha was there to defuse the situation and try to explain away her horrible behavior out of respect for Chantha I sat down and continued to wait. Her was Rude, unprofessional, and they need to have her working somewhere in the back not in the front. She will be a deterrent for all future customers and patients!! if I have to do labs in the future, I will no longer go to this facility to do labs. I would rather go directly through the Quest. It’s sad to see this because they have a great team, including the lab lady the doctor and also the other front desk ladies who are very pleasant and helpful is just one bad apple that ruins the bunch that bad apple today is Mrs. Noreen.
