Dr, Bela Patel I’m very happy with my visit. The dentist took time to explain the treatment and answered all my questions. The procedure was painless, and the staff was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care. Also Zuhra Very professional, good character, she treated us with respect,I am so happy, thank you so much. I give 10 out of 10 to both Dr, Bela Patel and Zuhra.
I like all the doctors, but when I’m referred to another specialist, the process becomes confusing and difficult to navigate—especially for older patients. I was referred to another doctor along with my friend, and it wasn’t clear what the next steps were. Because of this, I’m considering changing doctors.
I have been with Bay Area Community Health back help when it used to be called Foothill dental in San Jose Monterey Street. Recently in September, I went online to send a message to my primary health doctor. I found that Bayarea community health attached information to my health online. Attaching information or doctor reminders for my foot or my dental is against the law they even went as far as to post that I have cervical cancer. I am planning to call the California medical board to let them know what this community center in Fremont is doing to my medical director status. It’s false information. I never gave them my health online chart number at all. I will be contacting somebody. Thank you.
Igot to say this online because the my health account isn't working out properly for me. I've been with this company for many years now and I have to give respect and credit when it's due to Dr Dickey solely & only. For being the best respectfulest honest and loyaltiest real stand up man. But unfortunately as for the rest of this company it's hurrable. The call centers manager and his staff are very rude and disrespectful. They literally have blocked me for well over a month from getting any help or service from my care team providers. The mental health department of Psychiatrist and therapist are also really bad and sucks. They make my symptoms worse as they will argue with me for reporting or wanting to file a complaints on me being treated wrongfully. I've been complaining in writing, and on the phone for a whole year about these two departments. As of today still nothing nor anyone's reached out to me about my complaints on multiple situation. It makes this company bay area community health as a whole look really bad. So today I decided I am not gonna be receiving my mental health services from this company anymore. But unfortunately I still need Immediate help and communication about resolving the issues with the Call Centers team still.
This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in the health care field. Receptionists don’t have a good personality and aren’t welcoming. The people who call you in don’t even introduce themselves, the assistant once I got in the room rushed to get the room ready when I was already in the room. That’s supposed to be done ahead of time. The so called “doctor” was terrible at his job and had missing teeth too. He came in quick didn’t even ask for any prior information on what I had. He just looked at what I had without even touching it. Which in my case you can’t see what I have unless you touch it. He came back and told me what I had supposedly. And all he said was “people get this at age 18-25 years old, but if you want to know more about it just research yourself on your phone.” Like he didn’t even give me a brief description, picture example, or even a printed copy with a short summary of what it is. I would think twice before coming in to this terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend one bit. It’s a bit sketch honestly.
