My podiatrist love this facility patients first
I’ve been a member now since October 2024. While I like my doctors and care I receive, you have possibly one of THEE WORST communications system of any business! I receive phone calls from random numbers that don’t say Neighborhood, or Healthcare, or anything to notify me that you are calling. You have no after hours service or online service to make an appointment. I literally had an operator say to me at 5:01pm- “ unless you have an ‘emergency I can’t help you.” I said I did- it was a tooth. He said “I do t make appointments or give out information regarding tooth pain, call back tomorrow “?!?! I have a Psychiatrist whose contact information is NOWHERE listed on your email contact list. And upcoming appointment contact information is completely incorrect sending me to a disconnected number. This means I cannot contact a doctor. Then there is your absolutely horrible Referrals department. I sometimes don’t get a referral till a week after my appointment. I’ve had referrals lost. I have been given referrals 30 miles away from my home! And when I call back for one closer to my home (which is usually for EVERY REFERRAL, it takes another week to have confirmation. Then when I call a location to make an appointment- the referral is incomplete or incorrect or an insurance authorization is missing. The most frustrating experience is having referrals for imaging put in place in March, the referral goes to one place and the authorization to a different place. I call the referrals department to clear up. A month later I find out that the referrals and authorization is finally at the correct location, but the referral is incorrect and missing 2 words or codes needed. Then another month goes by. When everything is finally correct after endless calls and e-mails to my doctor and insurance, I have to wait another month to get imaging because the schedule is full. It’s an endless battle- and if it weren’t for my doctor and help I finally receive- I would not be with your business. Your communications needs some serious work!

Nothing good to say about this facility. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service, lacking any and all ability to communicate or even provide mediocre service!!! Worst I have ever experienced . Most COMPLETELY incompetent staff I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Forced to file grievance with health care plan and State of California after waiting 3 1/2 months for a referral that is still waiting on additional information requested to be supplied by neighborhood healthcare. Don’t expect any representative or supervisor you speak with to have even the slightest clue as to what’s going on or how to help you. They are also pros at violating HIPAA regulations, and will cancel important medical appointments without informing you, but being certain to apologize for the over-site by staff to all together dismiss notifying you of a cancellation. In all honesty, their medical license should unequivocally be revoked. Simply put they are the absolute worst of the worst! I would recommend you avoid their organization at ALL costs.
