Doctor Denq is the best. Being seeing him for over 10 years. Because insurance preference changed few doctors, totally bad experiences with other doctors. He is detailed, caring and warm hearted doctor. His medication works.
The doctor is really nice and took good care of me. The only complain I have is a nurse who was rude and upset at my mom for calling about a physical exam I had taken and needed results for a job. So when I called to find out about my physical exam, the nurse just wanted to talk about my mom. That was really poor professional practice and makes the clinic look bad. Sadly, I won’t be going back there again.
Receptionist were very friendly and understanding and the doctor I seen was very informative he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place I’ve been to other clinics before and this by far was the most welcoming.
Great place for general medical treatment. I came here first time after got bit by my cat and had a pretty bad infection on my hand. The front desk personal was able to tell me if they had Tetanus shot for me before they charge me visit fee. (Thumbs up!) The second time I was here to see my primary doctor-Dr. Johnson. She is very nice and patient even I was her last patient of that day. She did Pap smear, breast cancer check, and offered to do blood test. They also have Chinese medicine department which does acupuncture and cupping. I was. Dry lucky to be scheduled with Dr. Hsueh. She noticed immediately that I have minor scoliosis on my lower back. She did acupuncture on my back, shoulders and knees. That was a very relaxing and healing session.
Usually a great experience. Both times with my asthma attacks, I've been treated very well. Last experience though not so much. I came in to discuss a rash that had been on my leg and was now much worse. The male doctor was impatient and rude. He said it was shingles and that was that. He basically dismissed all my questions quickly and rushed me out of the room after just 10 minutes of my appointment, clearly his mind made up. Well I went to another clinic and found I that I did not have the shingles but an allergic reaction of a sort that had gotten very out of hand.Obviously, you can' t let one bad experience determine whether or not to return but I certainly hope I'll be received by a doctor more patient and understanding.
