I'm worried about others who are in need of medical treatment. While there are indeed doctors and medical staff who genuinely care, there are also those who don't. For instance, I had a situation where I was asked to provide an update on a referral from a year ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one bothered to get back to me. It's clear that the referral department isn't functioning properly and doesn't seem to care. I suspect there are others out there facing similar issues, especially those with language barriers. These individuals are in dire need of help and medication, yet they're being taken advantage of. The staff inside the building are great and the pharmacy has never been an issue, but man trying to get ahold of them over the phone and speaking with the receptionists is not great. The phone system will legit just hang up on you sometimes and some of the people answering have horrible attitudes. Currently, I'm trying to call them and it just keeps hanging up within two rings and I'm trying to get some important medication refilled. This is not an easy place to access for most people, it's kind of in an awkward spot, and I'm about a 20-25 minute drive from them, so it's not easy to just hop in the car and deal with whatever issues I have in the office, especially things that should be easily fixed with a phone call. Their staff inside saves this place honestly, because they do a wonderful job and have always been nice and on top of things otherwise.

Very bad performance when it comes to the MA’s in the pediatrician dept. they are always rude and don’t seem happy to be doing their job. They always have attitude , and are always Moody . I can’t even ask them to repeat one thing without them responding with attitude and rude tone of voice.tony is always rude and so is Kathy

Dr. Jacobo is back in town and he’s the best neurologist I have ever seen. He genuinely cares and seeks to help you best. I was also impressed with his aid she was on top of everything.
