This place is the worst clinic. I think I’ve ever been to in 56 years of life, the most unprofessional and uncaring group of individuals I’ve ever come in contact with and I’m in healthcare. I see a lot of people. Avoid this clinic
My PCP is Dr. Adelaida Bustos. She is caring and compassionate, does not rush each time I see her and she explains my lab results and whatever tests I need. The staff are equally nice, special mention, Grace, who know their patients quite well, she calls back when needed. All praises for this community clinic staff.
The doctor that works here is fast and take care but the hours are wrong I just called and they aren't open. We've had an account that the front end forgets to put in paperwork to the insurance and waits until we call after a week or so. Just needs a bit more attention to detail and care but overall not a bad clinic (Update: Sept 17th 2025) 1. My fiance went there to grab his referral in which they gave him an expired authorization from 3 months ago. 2. My fiance has dyslexia and has a hard time reading so when trying to explain something it's often faster for me to do so 3. Even when I'm right next to him and he's already given permission for me to speak on his behalf (which I've never had an issue with at any other clinic or hospital) they still refuse for me to speak on his behalf even as he is right next to me! I'm his future wife! 4. Trying to rectify the situation was met with mis-conmunication and confusion. After being transferred to I'm assuming a lead receptionist or supervisor they gave us the name and phone number and told us to have the hospital call so they can fax the information. 5. They told us they would call us once the referral was ready but we had to call (which again I was met with disrespect) and I (through my future husband) had to correct any miscommunication. 6. If they can't follow up on a simple notification of a referral to the PT. Then how can I trust they will submit the fax on time if the hospital request for it? He has an ULCER he's been hospitalized twice for this! This is not a matter of just forgetting this is a matter of respect and attention to detail! 7. The receptionist staff needs evaluation. I bet they won't, who cares about one patient right? Messing up and forgetting more than once just seems to be something that's allowed.
I had a good first time experience coming here. I went in for a walk-in for flu symptoms & was only at the clinic less than 2 hours. Right away they did a Covid test and was negative. The front & back office staff were very friendly. NP Ms.C took very good care of me. She really listened to all my symptoms and provided me with the proper treatment.
Dr.Morales is great, she cares about her patients. Her nurse along side of her is just as great. They are always cheerful and happy. They make you feel comfortable in their space.
