I had to edit my review because the last several times that I have tried to call or come into the office I have been met with an extremely hostile and rude staff. The manager and my provider are amazing but the nurses on duty qre just not nice. I've been trying to get my medication refills for the last week and every time I call it just seems like they're annoyed. Dr Catanzarite and the office supervisor Dawn are absolutely incredible! I have been a patient of hers for years and she is wonderful

came to Achievable expecting professional and supportive care while going through a very stressful health situation. Instead, I was met with confusion, lack of follow-through, and dismissive behavior. Kaur Pomal, the nurse practitioner, repeatedly ignored the urgency of my case, delayed referrals, and sent me to the wrong specialists. I had to constantly chase updates, call multiple times, and manage my own care due to their negligence. A doctor’s office is supposed to help patients navigate health issues, not add more anxiety and frustration. This has been one of the most stressful medical experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for competent, compassionate care — especially when dealing with serious health concerns.

Dr. Kurzman has been great—very patient, thoughtful, and respectful of my decisions throughout my care. I’ll admit I’m not the easiest patient and don’t always follow the advice right away, but he never makes me feel judged. He takes the time to listen and explain things in a way that makes sense, which I really appreciate. The office staff is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always helpful. Lucy, who handles the referrals, is especially wonderful—she’s efficient, responsive, and makes sure everything gets taken care of smoothly. It’s also super convenient that I can do appointments through telemedicine when needed. Overall, a really positive experience and I feel well taken care of.

Maybe the best doctor’s office I’ve been to. First rate staff. My primary doctor always gives me plenty of time. Listens and understands my issues and concerns. Is humble enough to recognize when a specialist is needed. Nurses are always patient and professional. Couldn’t recommend this office more.

From the moment I first met her, I was impressed by her responsiveness to my questions and concerns. Unlike many doctors who seem rushed, Janayia always takes her time, ensuring that I feel heard and understood during every appointment. However, it was her swift action and thorough follow-up that truly saved my son's life. When she sent him to the lab and then promptly called him to go to the hospital due to dangerously low levels, I realized just how fortunate we were to have her as our doctor. Thanks to her quick intervention, my son received the necessary medical attention and care, ultimately leading to his recovery after a challenging five months in the hospital. I cannot express enough gratitude for NP Janayia Richardson's expertise, compassion, and commitment to her patients' well-being.
