I really don't understand how this program works because I believed that they help in a time of need but we were denied because we don't make enough to pay the rent at the moment I understand it's a one time thing ...if we made enough to cover the rent why would we ask for the assistance? My father suffered a serious stroke last month and has brain damage can't work until disability kicks in we just need the help he's never missed the rent or been late in all his 10 plus years living here I just wish he catch a break but I appreciate what you guys do

I thought it was called Share Ourshelves. I also thought I already left a review. These guys saved me back in the early 90s when I was addicted to drugs and living in the storage facility next door. Forever grateful.

I had a really bad toothache the night before I went there and I called and they told me to come in in the morning at 7:45. I was so excited because I could not take the pain anymore. Everyone there was really helpful. The place is really clean And very thorough about what they’re doing. Dr. Vu is a really great doctor. He’s funny and he made it really easy to calm down and relax, and when he pulled up my four teeth, it wasn’t as bad as I was thinking it could be Also, Guadalupe was really helpful with the x-rays because my teeth hurt really bad and she was real gentle. Everyone worked together professionally and they made it easy-going and it was the first time that I left. Feeling good from a dentist office. Also can in the call center was very Sweet and patient with me when I was making my appointment. Thank you very much SOS. You guys did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend them.

Today I was here for three hours. I have been waiting to go to the doctor for several years, but I haven’t had insurance finally got an appointment after waiting for this appointment for four months. I scheduled it last year. Upon checking in the girls up front are really short and not very nice. The nurse that took my vital signs was the sweetest person in the entire world. The doctor was very nice and she listened to everything that I had to say. FIVE stars for them. But when I was waiting for my discharge paperwork, I was told to go to the front To wait for my paperwork, it’s about 1 PM. No one is there. The old lady with the glasses and the drawn on eyebrows starts telling me That I need to make an appointment and they are closed and just being very rude and she’s speaking very loudly. But obviously, she wasn’t paying attention because she’s the one who checked me in and I had been waiting there for three hours. I was only doing what I was instructed to do which was come to the front for my paperwork. She is very rude very rude and should not be working at a place where people come for help and assistance
