MA has me waiting for over an hour! Appointment time around one and it’s now going on 3. Unprofessional liars and patient discrimination. Filing a complaint with headquarters
I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The people in the front were great. Nurses were great. The doctor was great and took his time and explained things to me. Just change over them to be my primary and everything in between. Recommend this place
I called today 02/17/2026 at 8:57am to be exact and the reason I called was I had no more refills for a medication and to update my current address that was file. From the get go the receptionist on the phone with a very cutoff tone I tried explaining that certain medication was not given to me because my address was not up to date And the medication I called for was a different medication then she immediately made an appointment right away for today at 1pm (without asking me) I told her I can’t make it today because I’m working so I requested for the following Monday then quickly added if I was available in the afternoon I asked if she had something in the morning just quickly said she had only at 12pm so i accepted So then I asked kindly if she needed more info that I could provide then the call went silent and only could hear background noise so I just ended the call I normally don’t leave any reviews but I just had to with this unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the receptionist she probably did say it but since she was just in a rush I didn’t get it So disappointed
I came in for lab tests and the receptionist was very helpful, had a great attitude and made my experience very positive, the assistants are always kind and curteous, Thanks R.O.A.D.S. Staff ✅
The doctors consistently arrive late for appointments. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30, and the front desk agent informed me that the doctor was running late again, with no indication I would be seen for at least one to two hours after my assigned time. When I requested a different time or date, I was told that the doctor has no available appointments until the end of the month. This raises a serious question about the purpose of making an appointment at all. The facility clearly lacks sufficient doctors to cover their shifts, and the phone operators exhibit rudeness in their communication. This is unacceptable.
