Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at this office. During each visit, Dr. Jessica Barragan D.N.P. consistently rushes through the appointment, cutting me off while I’m asking questions and showing a clear lack of patience—particularly when dealing with young children. At my most recent visit, I asked Dr. Barragan to explain something I didn’t fully understand. Rather than clarifying, she dismissed my concern by telling me I could simply go to another clinic. I found this behavior to be unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly, rude. As a patient, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect, given the time to ask questions, and receive clear explanations about my health or my child’s care. I hope this issue is taken seriously, as no one should feel unheard or mistreated when seeking medical care.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this clinic with Dr. Jessica Barragan, D.N.P. Every time I visit, she rushes through the appointment and cuts me off while I’m asking questions. She shows little patience, especially when it comes to young children. During my most recent visit, I asked her to explain something I didn’t understand, and instead of helping, she brushed me off. When I asked her to be more patient and explain it again, she told me I could just go to another clinic. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Patients deserve respect, time, and clear communication—none of which I received.

I have been coming to this clinic for 3 yrs and it is almost always a testing of my patience. The building looks absolutely terrible (see the photo). I recently had submitted a urine sample due to UTI symptoms again which have been plaguingme for 6 months. The doctor waited 2 weeks for me to return for the labs results 2 weeks later to tell me sure enough I have had a UTI for 2 WEEKS without treatment. The doctor said she would send a prescription to treat my symptoms. Then I had to call back to the office the next day to ask for the antibiotic prescription to be sent to my pharmacy.
