Front desk is not good at answering calls. This is my second call where I have been on hold for over 20 mins. I know someone was about to pick up the call and I was put back on the waiting line because while the pre recorded message was talking about Breast cancer awareness, it stopped talking, heard a small noise then back onto the waiting line. I know this line goes to all offices, bell gardens has about 3 front desk employees and the commerce location usually has like 4. And you’re telling me not even 1 person could answer? To at least say we’ll be right with you just hold on a little longer? I know its not lunch time yet either.

I recently visited Commerce Family Medical Center and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was incredibly fast, which made my visit stress-free. The waiting room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment while I waited for my appointment. Kudos to the cleaning staff for maintaining such a spotless facility! The receptionists and medical assistants were exceptionally nice and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. My doctor was very patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. Overall, Commerce Family Medical Center provided excellent service, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality medical care.

The front desk people are useless and rude. They called me homeless after giving them my home address. I didn't know that being a student in between jobs considers me homeless. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have an infection, not to be insulted. Doctors and Nurses are sweet and helpful but their practice will get dragged down by the rude and strait up unhelpful front desk. I do not want to be called homeless when I am not. The lady that said she was in charge of the front desk was very disrespectful, unhelpful and condescending. She didn't state her name so I can't tell you who she was. I hope you get new people to greet folks when they come in, instead of people that just insult you.

WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!! Takes them about 45 min to 2 hours to answer the phone and they never have any appointments within the week. Actually probably within the month. The clinic is clean and that’s probably the only good thing they have. Doctor was supposed to refer my infant son to a dermatologist because according to them he has the worst case of seborrheic dermatitis and his skin was red and inflamed and 2 weeks later I call to find out they never referred him anywhere. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Wish I could give them ZERO starts. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere
