My elderly parents needed help in applying for their Medi-Cal and there was a very sweet and out-standing employee who went out of her way and did an amazing job in her goal of helping others who are in need of assistance. Applying for medical insurance can be complicated for seniors, and she has done a wonderful task of submitting the forms for my parents.
