Just go ahead and try to reach administration or management and see how far you get. That in itself speaks volumes. Wendy get your crap together. You’re not a baby you can accept feedback. Ten years no call back from wendy.. according to her she never got the messages. For ten years??? Ok. You have to accept feedback from your own client so that you can train your staff. Your staff is not trained. And it is your responsibility. This place used to be different. You could guarantee someone would listen to you. They actually cared about their clients. But I can’t hardly blame Wendy for evading her own clients when administration does the same thing. There is no way to reach anyone they have a feedback line but good luck with that.
I would not recommend this clinic. The doctors put off your needs and are rude. Interrupt you when your talking or ignore you, not the best care I would say. They never fill your medications the needed. Also told my grandmother when we addressed a situation "that's okay you'll probably die like that". very hurtful.
This place should be shut down .A year ago I scheduled a first time doctors appointment and when the appointment comes up a day before , I get a call that the doc had quit and to make a new appointment. That has happened to me 4 times …. 4 times thank god for real medical Doctors I still have in southern Cal otherwise I would have been without my pills . It’s now been over a year July and nothing from this place . Then my husband is handicap and I take him there . I get calls that I just miss and message says to call back . Call this number ! Hello WHAT NUMBER TO PUSH BECAUSE I HIT EVERYONE AND NOOOO ONE PICKS UP . This place is an hour from us . That would be know problem if they were any good . But to drive that far for what ? So they can make you feel like cattle and rushed and cut you off after waiting months for an appointment and driving all that way . To rush you . Man you want to make sure you talk about everything that you went for because you go threw so much to see people that We Pay !!!! They would get payed if our insurance didn’t pay them any of them , and that’s how Insignificant they treat us . This hole town is horrible , horrible medical horrible . I should look into the state to come in and investigate the medical here . Maybe the News would be the first place to start..people have told me if you want to live DONT go to these hospitals go to Chico or Sacramento but whatever you do, don’t go here boy that’s comforting.
I have a tooth that needs to be pulled. I contacted Hill Country Dental and got an appointment for July 2,2025. Told them when I made appointment I needed antibiotics because of double knees replacement. Told could not do that. Went to appointment and had gray done. Then told they had to contact my Orthopedic Surgeon. Gave them his name and wait he 1 month to get a response. I had to call and find out what was going on. They said they had not received information from my Orthopedic surgeon. Waited another week still nothing. Called and told them if I got a infection from my tooth to my knees they would be hearing from my lawyer. Guess what?? 2 hours later got a call from them they had my records. I have been going to their clinic since 2013. Have never had this kind of treatment. Dr. Logan was dentist great guy. When today a month and half from first try. Said my blood pressure was too high. I left got home my blood pressure is fine. Very disappointed with all of this. Still have tooth that needs to be pulled!!!
It's extremely hard to get through to anybody on the phone to make an appointment any day of the week because of their awful hold system. When you do finally get through, they book out for months and then reschedule your appointment at the last minute. They also have a policy that won't honor that you scheduled a telehealth appointment well in advance of having visited within a year. Due to THEIR need to reschedule your appointment, even if you live 3 hours away, you will have to go in in person. I saw FNP Wagner and received absolutely no compassion for a difficult situation I am dealing with. From the get go she was defensive and condescending to me. Maybe it's just me but I think for a medical professional, if someone comes to you desperate and distressed and asking for your help, even if you can't help them, you should try to be kind and compassionate to them rather than trying to make them feel even worse and belittling them. I will absolutely not be back to this office. Worst experience I have ever had at a medical office in my life.
