The call center/ scheduling is so so annoying to speak with. Anytime I call I speak to someone they have no idea what I’m saying, and likewise I can barely understand their accents. It’s so frustrating. One of the agents asked me to spell out my sentence because he couldn’t understand me.
I waited for almost 3 hours for my via tel appointment and the Doctor never showed up. Omni never called me back regarding this situation. I am very disappointed 😞
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived exactly on time. I waited patiently until 3:45 PM, when the receptionist told me that the doctor was very busy and that they would have to reschedule me for another 45 minutes later. I confirmed with her and asked if I should come back at 4:30 PM, and she said yes. Then, at 4:15 PM, I received a call saying the doctor was ready and that I should come immediately. I told her I would need 10 minutes to get there, but she rudely said that if I was late, my appointment would be canceled. I told her I was already on my way and arrived at 4:31 PM — only for them to refuse to let me in, claiming I was late. To be clear, they were the ones who rescheduled me, not the other way around. I have newborn twins and had to cancel everything else that day just to make it to this appointment because my surgery pain has been getting worse. The way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable — disrespectful, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I left the office in tears because of how poorly I was treated. This kind of behavior is not okay for a medical facility that’s supposed to care for its patients. I hope you can get in touch with me as soon as possible. If anything happens to me as a result of your actions or negligence, I will pursue legal action against you.
My Nurse practitioner Carol Adobo Zacky is one of the best! Her humanity and respect for her clients is so palpable, Her knowledge of medicine and the tact she has on questioning about the health issues I bring to her brings out the best diagnosis for once symptoms I am thankful with Omni for having such an amazing employee. Thank you Carmen Rodas.
I had a great experience at Omni since I walked in to the facility the front office was greeting me, and immediately asking how they can help me. The process was fast and the updates of my personal information was at my pace , while the doctor called me to the back office that didn’t stop from being seen right at my appointment time. Finished the forms turned the. In and I was all set to go. Steady and reliable health care service. Thank you Omni staff!!! Keep up the good work! Love my health care community!!
