I am shocked! All clinics are closed today 5/16, including virtual visits. "Training", was the first thing I was told then it changed to "upgrading "! Either way, my question is why couldn't half of the clinics have been closed and then the other have at a later date. It's hard enough to get an appointment as it is!!

I have been going to Clinica Sierra Vista for less than a year now. Dr. Matthew Beare is my doctor. I have always pretty healthy and never had any real health issues until recently. I would rarely even go to the doctor. Recently I started having problems and had went to the ER at Mercy and got told it was one thing, went to my normal primary at Dr. Singhs office and was told something totally different, then I went to a doctor that Mercy had me follow up with and again was told something different. None took me seriously. None listened to me and what I had to say. All three told me completely different things and all but said your fine and go home. We know our bodies. We know when something is not working right. I’m not a complainer. You can see from my past medical history that I’m not a frequent flyer or a hypochondriac. So I would think when I did complain of something not being right with my body they’d take me seriously. They all brushed me off. So I decided to try one more time and I ended up with Dr.Beare. By the time I got to see Dr. Beare I had already managed to get in to see a specialist who also hadn’t listened to me but finally sent me to have a test done. Haven’t heard from that doctor since the results came in almost two months ago. So I looked at them in the report online. Sure enough something showed up. I brought it along with something else to Dr. Beare’s attention during my visit with him and immediately he was on it. He didn’t just listened to me but he heard me and he made a plan and he’s followed through with that plan. He didn’t make me feel small or uncomfortable for being worried about my health. He didn’t make me feel like what was going on was nothing or like it was a waste of resources or his time. I will never go anywhere else and I will never see another doctor. Anytime I have questions I can get on the app and ask and he himself responded to me. He made me feel so at ease when I was worried. He's a great doctor. The nurses are always so nice and treat me like a person. Our whole healthcare system is so focused on money that they all forgot what being a doctor is all about. Helping people. Dr. Beare has definitely not forgotten. I truly believe that man is in this field bc he genuinely cares. I don’t think he does it for money or the title or recognition. I think if the medical field had more doctors like him maybe doctors would catch a lot more health issues before they got past the point of no help. I finally feel like I’m going to find out what’s going on and if there’s a way to fix it. I had almost given up hope until I found him as a doctor. I wish there was a way to recognize him for how amazing of a doctor I think he is. I haven’t seen a doctor like him in a long time. I thought it was a dying breed. I’m so thankful to him and Clinica Sierra Vista.

I think it is absolutely hilarious that clinica is opening a new comprehensive clinic when they can’t offer comprehensive care in any of their existing clinics..Your better off seeking care from A private practice.The turn over rate among employees are constant so basically everyone that works for them knows your medical history and medications including the receptionist
