I don’t understand why the clinic not clean it should be sanitized it’s were we get to be seen by DR. They should hire people just for cleaning and make sure it’s done

I just had my OBGYN appointment and everything was going well. My Doctor Timothy Johnson was good and I recommend him. But when I was told I’d be getting a new Blue Card the CNA was being lazy and didn’t want to get it for me. This was on 10/09/25 at 3 pm. I’ve been told the same thing by the same CNA (she has black/dark brown hair with her hair in a low bun. She looked Mexican and a little chubby and usually wears purple scrubs) it doesn’t take that much energy to get a paper for a patient.

I had a great experience at Urgent Care yesterday, it was a Tuesday afternoon and we were the only ones there. We were seen in a timely matter and the doctor was very kind. It made all the difference, as the situation was stressful enough in itself. My son fractured his leg, and the staff were very kind and helped us get in and out in a timely matter. I would recommend this urgent care, thank you Castle!

Went to Urgent Care . It just opened and was a little busy. Registration staff were pleasant and efficient. Medical team were courteous. Saw the provider who addressed my problem and called in a prescription . Total time was about 45 minutes. Very good service.
