Horrible stuff in charge. Every unprofessional and dishonest

My child had an annual physical exam. He got blood work. I made 2nd appointment for the results. They gave me the appt. over the phone so far great. On the appointment day, I pull out my son from school early so he can be with me on by the appointment time. Then, I was expecting the Dr's call. So it passed 15 mins from my appointment. I called to the clinic, and I was told that the Dr was gonna call me that she was busy with an other patient. Then Because the Dr. never called me back and they were about to closed, I called the clinic back again but No one answered me. After 6 months, i am still waiting for the Dr call😁. The clinic has never called me to apology for omitting my child appointment. 👎 experience!

This is the worst clinic I ever been. I requested several labs and they did not want to disclose it and I asked one question. the front desk told me to pay dr. visit just clarify what I was draw!!! This clinic also did not want to disclose my lab result unless I pay for another doctors visit. I have to go through the health department and request though them to get my lab result. If you want to wast you money time and health go for it. but I highly recommend to not go this place to save lives. THE WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!!!
