My experience was very pleasant at this location. I had an appointment with my doctor and all went well. I was able to register quickly with a very nice lady and then I moved on to the area where I was to be a next. I sat there in the waiting area all of about 15 minutes and then my name was called to go to the back to see my doctor. The assistant to Mrs. Williams was on point with everything as far as getting me ready to see Mrs. Williams. She knows her job very well and she did it with profession and care. Mrs. Williams was very professional with everything as well, that she did even down to the questions that she asked about how I was feeling, my blood pressure and orger meds taken. She asked about refills before I left and made sure that I had some. She even called me a couple of days later to see how my test went that I had to take at a school later that day. She was caring and very encouraging to me and I really appreciate that in her. My appointment with her was great and I really appreciate the service and clinical mannerisms that was shown to me. I felt wonderful about the whole team and greatful about the experience too. Thank you East Arkansas Family Health Center.

Went into the clinic this past Friday to establish treatment wasn't pleased with the service at all The APN only wanted to treat some of my symptoms and the rest in 4 weeks I will be re- establishing treatment somewhere else
