Dr colleen at the Radcliffe and fort smith location is very unprofessional, and rude. Scheduled an appointment to have a mental and physical evaluation done and she called to cancel the appointment and said she would do no such thing because she "did not know me" and she 99.9 percent would not be mentally or physically evaluating me because I already had a dr somewhere else ( that actually personally refered me to see her.) She said she wouldn't fill out any paperwork and when I said all I need is an evaluation on file you don't have to fill out paperwork I just need checked out by a licensed Dr in person she said without my medical history she couldn't do that. I then told her I had a physical file in my hands with all my medical history in it she still denied saying no she doesn't know me and will not even see me because im not a patient even though I was literally trying to become one of her patients.

Dr. Vela and his team are absolutely amazing!! My smile is absolutely beautiful!! Each and every staff member are so good at there jobs they are kind and professional!! I recommend River Valley Primary care for any and all dental needs

Because they couldn't take five minutes to send a fax, I'm going to miss my specialist appointment with my shoulder surgeon. I'm normally very happy with this place but this experience really changed my opinion. I had a zero star experience today.

We love Dr. Kiefer! We’ve been here for the last 3 years. I’ve tried to move clinics after I moved but I have found myself coming back because I haven’t found care as well as I have received at this office. Dr. Kiefer and his staff have always been kind, patient, and willing to answer questions I may have. They always go above and beyond to calm my anxiety before starting any procedure as well as willing to take multiple breaks during. The office is always clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this dental office to anyone in the metro area.
