Congratulations to Healthy Connections in Mena for redefining what it means to lower expectations.. After witnessing how this medical center handles referrals and medical records, I can confidently say some clinics in developing countries manage better coordination—with far fewer resources. Somehow, between misfiled paperwork, and a referral process that moves at glacial speed, this place makes a compelling argument for why AI should handle healthcare. At least artificial intelligence wouldn’t “forget” to send documents or misfiled paperwork. We walked in looking for medical attention and walked out convinced that robots deserve a shot at this job.

Watch carefully. This clinic will over-prescribe unnecessary medications and place unsubstantiated false diagnoses on your medical records, while failing to document the real medical issues. This can affect insurability and future treatments, and is highly-dangerous and unprofessional. It was so bad I had to spend months and hire a law firm to un-screw my records. It is still ongoing. And you could easily die of old age waiting for them to process a simple referral. I have been to 3rd-world clinics that had a higher standard of care and more competent staff than Healthy Connections in Mena.

We had to change our primary care provider and chose Lindy Jumper. Very satisfied with her care and the time she took with us. As we are both well passed 70 it can be a challenge making this change but she was very patient with us and shows the compassion we expected!

She’s a better and more competent Dr than most MD’s I’ve seen. NO joke, with the way the medical system has changed I feel lucky to have found such an experienced APRN to be my primary care giver.
