Use them as my PCP. Very friendly, super professional, and super fast to get you in and out. Dr. Langer and Dr. Jackson are great along with all the nurses and staff at the clinic and at the admin building.
I would give them zero stars if I could....my doctor asked them to take an X-ray of my back and they said no because they are not a patient of ours....Now you would think they would want to help a human get better but nope not these people
9/11/25 Update- things with her got even worse. She’s very unprofessional and I think I will name names now- Amy White. Maybe she can be a fake shrink for children, but she’s not equipped to handle any real adult issues. Original post- I shouldn’t give as many stars as I am, but I’ve been under the care of much worse, so 3 stars. Most of the stars were from the beginning of care when my psychiatric nurse practitioner, not naming names, seemed to be able to pretend to care about my mental health. Now it seems she is just throwing meds at me, taking away the one med that was keeping me feeling better, telling me there would be no withdrawal symptoms. Not sure if this was a blatant lie or if she really doesn’t care enough to research the drugs she’s pushing. My anxiety is sky high and I’ve been crying a lot, which is just not my personality. It’s freaking withdrawal. Whenever we speak she has a sugar sweet personality that just rubs me the wrong way, very patronizing. She talks like she’s speaking to a baby. Where I live, apparently there are no real doctors, just nurses with power.
Brought my son in at 830 am, needing xray of hand, possibly broken. And they wouldn't see him immediately. Said would have to wait til 11... or that they could go ahead and do xray but would be awhile before seeing Dr. I declined and brought him on to Harrison and was immediately seen and xrayed. I thought EMERENCY was seen first and overall but apparently not.... not impressed with it at all....
I'm a new patient, negative number 1 in the eyes of med professionals, who was stuck behind a slow tractor, tried to call to let them to let know I was running late but I was on hold till I pulled up. They refused to treat me for being almost 10 mins late. Even when I said I was in pain, didn't matter because it “is Friday and a holiday weekend, go to the emergency in Greenbriar”. I was late but I am looking for really good doctors since I'm new to area and they helped weed themselves out.
