I give Mid Delta Health Center 5 Stars because they are amazing. The clerical and medical staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They aren't greedy, out for your money, or judging you. The staff genuinely cares about their patients, they do everything they can to help you, caring and polite. The dentist Thomas Patten is so professional, yet he has a great personality. He doesn't make awkward small talk, he makes truly interesting conversation, which seriously helps people who get anxiety during check-ups and procedures to get their mind off of being nervous. He isn't greedy, so he won't tell you that you need more work done than you actually need. He doesn't make dental work sound scary or daunting, he just tells you what you need done, and that's it. He's very thorough and gentle, and knows what he is doing. I can't speak for the doctors yet, but I plan to make this place my main stop for all of my general medical needs, because they help low-income like me afford health care, which is usually very expensive, yet so very important and necessary for a long, healthy life. Also, their facility is immaculately clean, well built, and they operate using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure their patients recieve optimal treatment. They also offer multiple free services to their patients and the community such as: tobacco cessation assistance, free legal aid, a fitness center, and they help you enroll in insurance-just check the enrollment period. They will assist you in enrolling in Medicare & Medicaid, they also accept these insurances to my knowledge. They stay booked up usually, but the receptionists will do anything they can to help you get into an appointment as early as possible. I obviously would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs basic dental care, or a new general practitioner, especially if you are low income. Mid Delta & Staff, I really appreciate the way you conduct your business and care for the community. This facility has helped my family immensely, when we thought we'd never get the care we needed due to our income. Thank you all so much, God Bless.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I work for a tv show in the area and needed to get people COVID tested. I was told by 3 people throughout the week that on Saturday’s they are walk in only and that it is a first come first service. 7 of our people were in line first and was denied due to there being no openings that day. But then why wasn’t I allowed to make appointments for them if it was walk in only? This place is so disorganized and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to be turned away…
