Corporate had zero interest in hearing or trying to help solve the small issue I had the lady was rude and very short: I said you don’t want to hear the issue and it was : no! I worked for Dr office’s for 20 years and we did not treat parents with such disrespect !
Dr. Pakota and his staff at the Pea Ridge, AR location provide excellent care. However, when we received the bill there was no way to pay online. When calling the number listed on the bill, corporate office or website it’s a constant busy signal. Since it’s 2021 I would love to pay my bill without having to find a stamp and envelope.
Pretty good clinic
