100% Good service and friendly
The front desk ladies have terrible customer service! They talk and talk and don’t take forever to help you and when they do they they do it with bad attitude! Specially Martha Rosales! I hope she gets fired cause she clearly doesn’t deserve her job, so they should give it to someone who does!
Ridiculous wait times for scheduled appointments
I waited almost half an hour to get my blood drawn and I let the receptionist know and they didn’t let the girl know that I was waiting to get my blood drawn. Only reason she came out was cause some lady was dropping some stuff off that involved her. When I got back there she was amazing and very nice and apologized for the wait 💗 luckily I had called off work beforehand.
I have had the worst experience with this place and ongoing. First, I had a doctors appointment after visiting the er, I specifically asked on the phone to the lady that I was talking to "Is it the place in Somerton on main st" I was told to go to 24th st clinic when arriving they tell me go to main st then after arriving they reschedule my appointment because I was "late".... This was only the first bad experience. I have tried calling multiple days in advance to pick up medication and yet they still have me calling back 2 - 3 times and pick it up when I am out or almost out, I really thought that I was doing good by calling 3-5 days in advance but I guess it does not matter. This last time was absolutely horrible and embarrassing because of the staff. I went in for a "Nurse Triage" and basically they said that I need to come in THE NEXT DAY to take labs. I said ok since the lady said they only do labs in the morning. So I go into the place the next morning exactly as I was told to do. I waited in the waiting room and when a lady called me to take my labs she asked me "do you have the papers for the labs" I did not know what she was talking about because the day before they told me to go without giving me any sort of papers. So I go to the front staff and tell them I need the lab papers and the lady was soooo rude, she asked me "do you have isnurance" I said "no" then in a very loud voice she says "YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?" and then again she says " OK make sure you tell the staff that YOU DON'T HAVE INSURANCE" at this point my face was turning red because of how embarrassed I was that she practically just yelled that for everyone in the lobby to hear! that isn't for the world to know. It gets worse. After getting the paper that they failed to give me the first day I went and waited again for the lab lady to get me again, I give her the paper she takes it and goes to the back. At this point I did not mention that I didn't have insurance. She comes back from the back and tells me that she cannot take any labs for me because she cannot take a payment at their location and that I have to go to a different location in yuma to get my labs. So what was the point in embarrassing me telling me to tell the staff I don't have insurance if they can find that out themselves, also why was I not told THE FIRST DAY that I would have to go to the yuma place because I had no insurance THAT WAS COMMUNICATED TO THEM THE VERY FIRST DAY so why didn't they tell me to go ahead and schedule an appointment rather than going and waiting and getting emarassed just to be told to go to yuma. That is soo bad I am just trying to get medical help and constantly get treated very badly. Not to mention the staff I talk to, every single interaction has been bad they like talk down to me and belittle me in some way I cannot stand it.
