Had really great experience here for my appointments with Dr. Bolt, who btw was so wonderful, she confirmed my pregnancy for me. She was great I appreciated her patience with me as a new mom and answered every single one of my questions.

Front desk is rude, when checking out my mom there was another lady being helped and as soon as she left the front desk lady slammed her hands onto the desk as if she was frustrated with helping her. And the other one that was helping us had nothing but attitude. While in the appointment with the doctor all you could hear is the staff just laughing away which is okay but it was hard to hear the Dr in front of us.

I came to this cleaning before in the past when I didn't have a job tried to do an annual checkup with this clinic and they're trying to hit me with $300 plus the lab cost they say I wasn't applying for the discount,I check with two different out of pocket clinics before I came here and the medical visit is 90$ and $80 and there's no such a thing applying for a discount.I'm really disappointed I won't be coming to this place ever again!

I have been coming to Wesley for my healthcare needs for a couple years now as I don’t have health insurance and they provide X benefits for those of us in need and my experience with them has been rocky as they don’t typically get back to you in a timely manner so I wish they’d work on that however… I have to give HIGH PRAISE to Stephanie in the financial office, she is TIMELY, RESPECTFUL, POLITE, EXTREMELY KIND AND NON JUDGEMENTAL… she made my whole day less stressful almost immediately! Not only is is COMPETENT and great at her job but she is sweet as can be! I wish there were more people in the world like her, don’t ever lose her she’s a gem. THANK YOU Stephanie. I would like to update my review, I would also like to add that since I’ve been coming here, I’ve seen some doctors come and go and I have been here since Dr. D has been in medical school, and now that she has taken on a position here I am so grateful she is hands-down, the best doctor that I’ve ever had extremely good patient care, bedside manner, caring, empathetic, sympathetic, excellent at her job listens exceptionally well and just different than the rest there is no one like her, I hope she stays at Wesley clinic for a while because everything has improved greatly with her around… I would go as far as to say she makes this clinic. I love that I’m able to personally message her and that she is spearheading the application process and is extremely quick with getting things done for patients Dr. D please know how much I value your care and like I said I hope you plan on staying for a good while. I don’t think anyone else out there could value you as much as we do here at Wesley clinic where you were so needed. And lastly, I don’t remember her name but the woman who works in the lab she is really sweet and friendly and very helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about her as well, This clinic has become a much better place over the last year. Thanks for the great care.

After 12 years of being with the clinic and loving they’re care for the patients. I’ve decided to finally move to another clinic because it has gotten so much worse. Been waiting 6 months back and forth waiting for an MRI and neurologist referral. They lied and said they called me “3 times” . Send the “referrals” to the wrong address. Didn’t ever call me back. I always leave a voicemail for dr bright and I never receive a call back. What happened to Wesley being caring and actually taking care of us? What happened to putting the patients first. This place has gone downhill from the employees to the care. Very upsetting and I am very sad to want to leave Wesley community health centers. I also lost the managers number so it has been impossible to get a hold of her or somewhere above.
