I come here for a few reasons, the feel of real concern for my well-being from the moment I walk in. The staff are informative and listen to my questions and answer them to my satisfaction. They are all polite and professional. The nurses are outstanding in all aspects! The Doctor, well, she is an amazing person! She took her time, wasn't tryin to hurry up and get to her next patient. Wich I find very comforting. Went over everything until I fully understood what was what. Thank you all for makin doctor's appointments a good thing!! I recommend this place to my friends and family, and I would recommend it to you as well. βπΌ
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I had a dental procedure at NOAH Palomino location in Phoenix. A few days later I was experiencing soreness and signs of infection. I called to schedule a follow-up appointment. The lady on the phone attempted to charge me $192 for a follow-up office visit. When I explained that was more than what I paid for the dental procedure she stated "It's not my fault you don't have insurance" and "you can either take the appointment and pay the cost or find somewhere else" I couldn't believe that NOAH allows their staff to speak to patients with such disregard. There are a lot of dentists in town so I will gladly find one that treats their patients with respect and doesn't try to gauge them on price. very disappointing.
As a parent of a special-needs person, I am disappointed in this company. We were referred and saw a practitioner only once and she left the company without notifying me. Therefore, my daughterβs prescription was left in limbo without my knowing it. For me as also a wellness practitioner, I believe that unplanned breaks in psychiatric medication can be harmful to a person and this company doesnβt seem to have quality control in place. This is very disappointing.
Weβre so grateful to Patrick (Pat) for his help with my son. He went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and comfortable. Before our session, he even called to confirm our appointment and made sure everything was set up correctly for the video visit. He quickly sent the link, and we were able to connect with no issues. During the session, Pat made both my son and me feel relaxed and supported. I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and caring approach as we begin this new chapter in counseling. Thank you, Pat, for making such a positive difference in our experience!
Jennie Whitmer Counselor Lsn # 1831740257 she like to hang up on her clients while they are in an anxiety attack. And the company doesn't seem to care at all. Please make sure not to have yourself or your kids go to this place or please for the love of god do not be assigned with this Counselor. She caused me more trauma and now I can't trust the mental health industry. Way to go NOAH! This place deserves the star rating for sure. They don't care at all. ππππππππππππππππ Please do not take your kids or yourself to this place. Therr is a reason there is a 2.5 star rating!! There customer service is absolutely horrible and disgusting. They don't listen and lie. You have to do a pre screen (which isnt with a therapist) asking personal trauma info, then you have to an hour intake again repeating yourself again, AND THEN you can finally schedule an appt. I wouldn't even send an enemy to this place. They need to work on their customer service department cause there is a reason why the reviews are so bad. Becareful and love yourself enough to go somewhere else.
