The staff tries hard and are generally very friendly. It is great calling in the morning and getting in in the afternoon. It is nice not having to travel 60 miles to get basic medical attention
Elfrida AZ Clinic. Medical side. Took me months to get my prescription. The medical staff here think their real Dr's, when their highest ranking professionals are registered nurses R.N. Unprofessionals that are slow with anything they do. Really only recommend going here if you cant go anywhere else.
Horrid service. They were great for my mother, but not me. I have been on the waiting list since March 2018. I called in august because 3 problem is now 4. I called in August and they said they are just on Dec. 2017. so will be a couple more month, its now 5 months later and nothing. Christopher Rogowski, DDS put a pat and said here is a patch till i get to see him. Well another cavity has popped up since. I now see why he said I may want to go to Mexico.......that should have been a HUGE red flag right there. Yes everyone is super nice but that does not help anymore.
I love the fact that this place exists for those who live in this community. But, it is incredibly frustrating as well, due to the lack of continuity of care. There is no reason why I should have had to see four different NP's in the past six months. I understand maybe they have a problem keeping staff in a rural area. At the same time, they shouldn't allow people to switch practices all the time. Really frustrating when you have to get to know someone new every time you have an appointment.
Thank God for a local medical and dental clinic! The next closest clinic is in Bisbee or Douglas. Service is available for all ages and all employees are friendly and bilingual.
