I’ve been seeing Jodi Palmer for several years, and she is truly the best nurse practitioner I’ve ever had. She’s an excellent listener and communicator, always patient with my questions and thoughtful when addressing more complex health concerns. Jodi goes the extra mile by researching conditions thoroughly and being very intentional about which specialists she refers her patients to, ensuring we receive the highest quality care possible. Her kindness extends to my children, whom she treats with the same respect and warmth she gives adults. The entire office team reflects her caring approach, the front desk staff always greet you with a smile, and the medical assistants who call you back are just as friendly and professional. Jodi Palmer is one of the most compassionate and genuine people I’ve ever met in healthcare. I am deeply grateful to have her as my provider.

I should have posted 5 stars last year when I was dealing with my own medical issues. But I was in the office twice last week for a family member's court ordered psych evaluation. Obviously, court ordered shows some drama, and anyone who knows my family will say a tiny bit of drama typically snowballs into an avalanche. So I had to say thank you to the amazing staff, especially the receptionists, for dealing with a difficult situation and making it a little bit easier. They handled everything so professionally, even being very empathetic to our situation, and we're absolutely wonderful to work with. I typically hate doctors, after all, they're all just practicing, right? Just kidding!! But honestly, I'm going to make my own appointment to handle my own stuff soon just because of the wonderful bedside manner I've seen.

I had been struggling with a hip injury for over a year and seen multiple doctors by the time I came to see Dr. McElroy at BCC medical center. He was the first doctor that i felt like let me talk and explain what I felt. Most other doctors I saw seemed to make up their mind on what was wrong before I even started talking. He listened to me and took into account my experience with the injury and gave me his honest assessment of what's going on. He diagnosed it as something completely different than the previous doctors had. I was able to use his diagnosis to get into physical therapy and address the problem. The injury has now healed completely and I owe a lot of it to Dr. McElroy and his understanding of sports injuries.

Darrelle Mcbride is absolutely wonderful!! I had stopped going to this group years ago because of the providers. I decided to try it since the provider I had been seeing at a different office was MIA. I'm so thankful I found someone like Darrelan to be my provider. She is awesome. I'm glad my other provider disappeared. I hope she stays a long long time. She is an asset to the medical office and is above thorough. And her daughter is adorable too!! I have an entirely different attitude about this office now.
