Very unprofessional. Staff members who have initial and direct contact with the public should have a more professional work ethic! People are sick and dont want to deal with the attitudes just because you don't like your job
Unprofessional all around Nobody know what they are doing Got the run around from everyone about my health and medications I do appreciate Miss Alex Washington that sits in the window for being so kind and knowledgeable. She took my problems seriously and even called me after to check on how I was doing I wish everyone there cared about they job like miss Washington like my actual Dr don’t even call me if you value your time and health do not come to Maude Whatley awful
I came in as a walk-in to receive a refill on my blood pressure medication. Upon arrival I checked in and proceeded to wait in the designated waiting room. After an hour I went up to check my status and was very rudely received by a young Hispanic lady at the front counter. I had been checked in over an hour late and was rudely asked “why is she here?” My concerns were clearly addressed on the check-in slip. As if this isn’t a healthcare facility. I was completely surprised and disgusted by the lack of care and rudeness I was met with. I’m disappointed in the gross treatment I received. This IS NOT the Maude Whatley I’ve grown accustomed to over the years.
Maude Whatley has a big turn over. Real doctors don’t stay there long. “Maybe six months” This is not fair to the patient. So when you get to your appointment they tell you that your insurance don’t cover the doctor that’s listed. So you’re like well I didn’t pick this doctor y’all did. I even had a staff member to tell me that they make these mistakes. Sometimes you’ll have one pharmacy member that gets an attitude with you when discussing medication.
Hi I have been going to this doctor office for years. When I started going in Tuscaloosa Alabama I started with a great Nurse Practitioner Ms. Waters and she left. They signed me to a no caring Nurse Practitioner Michaela Stephens. She doesn't listen to you and give you that I don't care about your problem. I said the time I went I would give her another chance. Everybody have bad days. I went back again on 10/20/2025. Trying to talk to again about what's going on. Told me to take it to another doctor. When I walked out that is my last appointment there. I do love my foot 👣 doctor Mrs Hill will be the only reason I go there. When she leaves I'm going. You need better caring workers.
