The staff is friendly and very helpful. I always get seen quickly and they listen to what I am saying.
The entire staff is wonderful. We usually get in & out in a reasonable amount of time. My sister has several disabilities, everyone is very patient & accommodating with her.
Had to get a COVID test done before returning to work due to exposure. The test itself and waiting time for the results was normal, but in order to get the paper I need to go back to work I had to give them my email to have a link sent to me so I could register with their online patient portal instead of having the results sent directly to me (as has been done before). So I do that and call them back, as asked, so they can send what I need. I called 120-130 times (no exaggeration) and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Now tomorrow’s Monday and I can’t go to work because nobody could answer the phone.
I went to Dr because I was sick and Teresa Baysden was on call here, she said I didn't have anything wrong, I told her I was dizzy and had other complaints so she checked my ears and I had an ear infection, 3 days later I'm still not well. After that, checked out and the person checking me out said I owed $150 which was incorrect. She argued until I said I'd call the billing department. Very rude! Very unorganized and not a place I'd recommend anyone going to. If I could give less stars I would!
Very unorganized!! Dr. Moody told me to go get a ultrasound at the ER (didn’t tell me where to go or anything) by the end of the day. Well I was confused so I called shortly after I left the office to see what i need to do/go.. talked to the nurse, and then she told me I had to have an appointment. I also had a prescription that was suppose to be wrote for the pain I’m having and 5 HOURS later, still hasnt sent it in to the pharmacy.
