They were kind. Offered me cream for my foot, yet didn’t prescribe it to me. I made the appointment for bloodwork for a medication I had been taking, yet took like 5 vials of blood, not one of them was for the correct blood work. Also, asked for birth control, didn’t want to give me that, I guess cause I vape. Never stopped any other doctor before… asked for a referral to get my tubes tied. That didn’t happen. Idk. I’ll go without. Naproxen and birth control pills I can get over the counter. Oh yea, and, they didn’t help me with the mental health issue the blood work was for. The entire experience was almost an entire waste of time. This is why I don’t bother to go to the doctor. Emergency room at least gave me naproxen. I guess I just asked for too much. I got a follow up appointment for god knows what, I won’t show up. Oh yea, and I have extreme social anxiety, and the entire experience about gave me a panic attack so I won’t waste the energy again, for nothing. I tumbled this through my mind for many months before posting. I can’t forgive them. I never ask for help.
Trying to get someone to answer the phone at this place is a joke. And that's putting it nicely. Every time I call there, nobody answers the damn phone, it always sends me to someone's voice mail. When you call, it goes to a recording, then when you select who you're wanting to talk to, it sends you to a voice mail. And the part that really ups my BP is that they have two people sitting at the receptionist desk. They could answer the phone instead of sending you to a voice-mail. You can give a rating on here for up to 5 stars. It needs to have a way to rate in the negative side. And I would rate it at -5.
I suffer from chronic gout. I have tried calling them for a week, for some simple prednisone. Also the doctor there put me in the worst pain of my life with new medication. I have been in a gout attack for 8 days. Since they don't care, neither do I. I will be finding somewhere else to go. If you are in pain this is not the place to go.
Have nothing but great things to say about this place and my doctor. Pretty much in and out. Great service and care by the staff. The girl at the front I believe the name by Miranda always greets me with a smile and makes me feel very welcomed coming in. Thank you capstone
Today was my first visit and everyone was really nice. The doctor listened to my problems.. The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and answered my questions and the lady who takes the vitals made me comfortable. I didn't have to wait long and everyone greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend this place if you don't have insurance and if you need to be seen
