I was contemplating on staying with you all as a patient, in which I have been for a long time. Today's experience I witness today made my mind up to dis continue services with the company. Mind you you all still have some quality personnel. A patient came in to River region and both of your intake personnel were at lunch and wouldn't return until 1:00 pm she left highly upset because in her rant she was complaining she first had to get a ride too your facility and now have to try and find another one back. 😔 I've had my share of problems with some of your personnel and addressed them immediately and it was resolved. There is a saying that say's "the customer is always right." I can agree and disagree in some cases. But the main point is that, "if it wasn't for the customer you would have no business." I'm just a concerned patron that will be reluctant to continue to refer family and friends to choose your River region facility for services until I see better. Please make sure Mr G. Darrington, and Mrs. Campbell receive a copy of this. Thank you kindly
Dr.Crosby was my PC doctor but I never met her. Always the nurse. They could not obtain my medical records after three months so I had to personally bring them to my 4th follow up. Six weeks later and still no referral nevertheless they can’t write a prescription for a refill. I would not recommend a roach to this doctor
The staff is very friendly, but Dr Zidan is rude! I didn't like him when my kids were on medicaid in 2015 & switched Drs back then. Fast forward a few years later, I knew some of the staff, & now that my kids were a few years older, I let them see him a few times & honestly nothing has changed! He has a very bad attitude to be a pediatric dr & especially the way I have heard him speaking to his staff!
I'm a Trans female. The doctors are very nice but the office staff talk about me and Crack jokes behind glass as if I can't hear them. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. The receptionist intentionally doesn't schedule my appointments and does nothing but make problems for me.
Receptionist at the walk-in office is very nice. When you go to the back, the Doctor and the nurses are very rude. My Child has, what turned out to be, a life threatening condition and they didn’t want to write a simple order for him to go get an ultrasound!! I ended up calling the ultrasound place myself and telling them to call and request an order! They mistreat people because they have no insurance. My Son’s insurance does not kick in until the 1st! He became sick between getting off my job insurance(he turned 26) and getting his own! River Region walk-in Doctors and Nurses are the worst! When we left, we got the ultrasound, and ended up at the hospital for emergency surgery! He is fine now! No thanks to River Region and those attitudes!!
