Quick and friendly but that MyChart app is dumb I've been trying to schedule a appointment since September 2025 and no one checked or answered back. Just stick to the old way of calling and making a appointment.

The Doctors write prescriptions for medicine that is no longer being manufactured. If you try to get in contact with anyone in the pharmacy that is not gonna happen they send you to a voicemail and nobody calls you back. If you happen to speak with a person they send you to a voicemail that goes no where. We have been calling since 9am and it is now 4pm and no one has even tried to call us back now my husband is going on two days without his medicine.

This pharmacy has excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff are extremely helpful, attentive, friendly and respectful of your individual needs. The service is efficient and timely. I highly recommend this pharmacy and health clinic as well.

I waited a hour and a half for the nurse to see me in the examination room. I had to go and ask how long it would be before someone see me. I suggested that I go give a urine sample while I wait. The nurse practitioner seemed stressed , however the visit was ok. She did not give me the right prescriptions. I made it clear which ones I needed to the assistant when she took my information. The nurse got the wrong diabetes medicine and gave me a med even take anymore.
