â 1 Star I am deeply frustrated and concerned with the ongoing and systemic issues at this facility. I was treated for multiple nail infections, some of which were documented and others that were not. These inconsistencies have caused serious problems for me, including interference with insurance matters. One visit in particular was focused more on my blood pressure, while the nail infection was not properly reflected in my records. This problem goes far beyond just my chart. I am part of a household of six, and every single one of our medical records contains false, inaccurate, or misleading information. For example, one of my children was seen for low weight gain but was incorrectly documented as obese. I contacted the BBB and filed complaints, yet these issues remain unresolved. When I raised concerns and threatened legal action regarding the inaccurate documentation, the doctor who was treating me suddenly quit, and I was left without continuity of care. Despite that, the record errors and access issues have continued to this day. It is nearly impossible to get help from this office. You can never reach anyone by phone, appointments are extremely difficult to obtain, and follow-up is inconsistent or nonexistent. The lack of accountability, communication, and accurate recordkeeping is unacceptableâespecially when it affects children, medical care, and insurance outcomes. These issues appear to be systemic, not isolated. Patients deserve accurate medical records, access to care, and transparency. If others are experiencing similar problems, you may consider filing complaints with the following agencies: ⢠Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) ⢠U.S. Department of Health & Human Services â Office for Civil Rights (HIPAA complaints) ⢠Alabama Board of Medical Examiners ⢠Better Business Bureau (BBB) I hope this facility takes these concerns seriously and makes immediate changes to protect patients and families. We will be taking our health care needs elsewhere.
They dont care about the patients and are so unprofessional and judge you before they even look at your paper work they dont even look at a think just goes off of what they want you to and they dont listen to you at all something needs to be dont about them they really need to be shut down and I will not stop until am heard
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst doctors office there is. They are slow and take forever to get with you even you arrive 10-20 minutes early. Why does it take 1 hour+ to be seen just for a physical? The place wasnât packed at the time I came. This is why I donât like coming here. Please take your kids somewhere else
The medical facility on Pleasant row is horrible. The employees, one lady in the pharmacy and one lady at the desk up stairs by the pharmacy are smart assess to people that just need general help or just trying to sign in. Itâs sad that they even have a job the way they treat people. Even the doctor want let you ask questions not even a word in edge wise. Itâs wild. Literally will never recommend this place ever! If I could rate it 0stars I 100% would.
Iâve been visiting this office for the last three years. In the last year the service has gone downhill. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, I wasnât brought into a room until almost 2 hours later. No apology, no nothing. My bp was taken in the hallway. I was seated in a room that wasnât clean. I will attach picture. On this particular visit (1-26-24) I was given a medication that required prior authorization from my insurance. Today is February 29th and the prior authorization still hasnât been done. The Nurse Tameka/Taneka called said it wasnât covered and she couldnât do electronically. Tameka informed me to call express scripts. I did, it is covered. She would have to call in a verbal authorization or fax it in, or check the fax machine because expresss scripts has sent her prior authorization form for this particular med on three different occasions. She does not answer her phone or respond to voice mails. The pharmacy also reached out with no response as well. Dr. Williams is a very good doctor, but the providers are only as good as their support staff. Please donât respond with a generic apology and phone number that no one ever answers. Do better Central North Huntsville. Actually use these reviews and make changes and train your staff on customer service and proper turn around time for medication/email request. 24 business days is absolutely unacceptable. Also the room does not contain cavi wipes or Lysol wipes. The sinks are filthy and the floors are not clean in the lobby and patient rooms. Oh I also forgot I saw a NP Moses for a referral. She never put it in. She called me back in January asking me did I get my referral. My appointment with her was in October of 2023. She even did me a solid and ordered me some meds I never even requested from her.
